Adron’s Favorite Joke ~ A rancher was attempting to sell his ranch to a person from up North who wanted to move to a warmer climate. When the prospective buyer ask if they ever had snowstorms at the ranch, the rancher’s Mexican hired hand spoke up, and said, “No snow, one rain.”
